The courts are heating up with the arrival of Volleyball Legends Update 57! This latest patch officially kicks off Season 12, bringing a distinct Valentine's theme to the popular Roblox experience. Players can look forward to a revamped ranked system with soft resets, a chaotic new limited-time "Mini" game mode, and some of the most unique cosmetic bundles the developers have released to date. Volleyball Legends Update 57 Patch Notes
Season 12: Valentines Season
Ranked play has received a major overhaul for Season 12. The developers have focused on rebalancing the competitive experience to make the climb feel smoother and more rewarding.
Soft Resets: The Champion Voucher has been removed. Instead of being reset to the bottom of the ladder, players will now experience a soft reset based on their performance in the previous season.
Placement Matches: Placements now have a higher impact, moving you up or down more significantly to ensure a better start to the season.
New Rewards: There are now better rewards for grinding to the Champion League, along with new titles at the end of the season.
New Playercard: A new card has been added that tracks your Win/Loss ratio and Rank for your best game mode.
New Bundles and Jersey
Three new bundles have been added to the game, described by the developers as the "coolest" drops yet. The highlight is the PJ Bundle, a limited-stock item that includes a unique PJ and Hoodie jersey.
This bundle also features the new Moonlight Beam score effect. This is currently the wildest effect in the game, as it inverts everyone's screens when a point is scored.
Limited Mode: Mini 1v1
Update 57 introduces a new limited ranked game mode: Mini 1v1s. This mode is played on a miniature court but retains normal serving rules. It will only be available until the end of Season 12, so players are encouraged to try it out quickly.
Balancing: TSO has been slightly nerfed in this mode, making it possible to get up and receive a serve after being knocked down.
Top Prize: A CUSTOM jersey will be awarded to the single best Mini 1v1 player at the end of the season.
Inventory Updates
Managing your cosmetics just got easier. You can now select a "Random Favorite" option in your inventory. This allows you to cycle through only your favorited playercards and score effects automatically.
2x Lucky Event & Handouts
To celebrate the update, a 48-hour luck event is taking place from February 14th to February 16th, 2026. During this time:
Secret Pity is Halved: Reduced from 200 to 100.
Secret Chances are Doubled: Increased from 0.5% to 1%.
Additionally, lucky style and ability spins are being handed out every 10 minutes on February 14th for a limited time, totaling 12 lucky spins.
