Roblox now supports Voice Chat, meaning developers have the choice to enable it or even require it inside their game. Voice chat is a useful feature that allows players to communicate with each other inside an experience using their microphones. If you have never gone through the process to enable VC in Roblox, we've got a quick tutorial to show you how it's done.
Follow the instructions below if you were kicked from a Roblox experience with the following message:
You were kicked from this experience: You do not have voice chat enabled. Please enable and rejoin. (Error Code: 267)
How to Enable Voice Chat in Roblox
To enable Voice Chat in Roblox:
Log into Roblox.com with your username and password.
Navigate to the Communication section inside Settings > Privacy & content maturity.
Tap on Voice Chat and turn on the Enable Microphone option.

Important: If you do not see the Voice Chat section in the Communication tab, you need to make sure you have a verified phone number added to your account and have your age verified on Roblox. Voice Chat is only for users who are at least 13 years old. Follow the steps below to add a phone number and verify your age on Roblox.
Log into Roblox.com with your username and password.
Go to the Account Info page in the Roblox settings.
Add a valid phone number to your account by clicking Add Phone.
Verify your age by pressing the Verify My Age button.
Scan the QR Code using a smartphone and follow the onscreen instructions.
After following these steps and successfully verifying your age and adding a verified phone number to your account, you should now be able to activate voice chat in Roblox.
